In 2014-2020, the European Union will finance the Romania-Ukraine Operational Program through the European Neighborhood Instrument (ENI).
The program addresses the border area between Romania and Ukraine and will contribute to the overall objective of the European Neighborhood Instrument: the evolution towards a region of prosperity and good neighborliness through cross-border cooperation actions for the benefit of Member States and non-EU members bordering.
